This sale comes with a great story.
A few years ago, I sold this condo to our now seller, while he was going through a divorce. Now, we have the honor of selling his condo as he reunites with his wife! I was so very happy to be part of this beautiful love story.
But wait… there’s more!
I sold another condo in this building to a fellow agent, Beth Marchi. She met the seller while working on her condo. He invited her to preview his condo. She knew I was in process of working on finding their new home. Of course, they were impressed with her and asked her to help them sell the condo. Beth said, “not without Suzy”True story.
It gets better…
We then listed the property together through two different Brokerage firms. We joined forces, staged it, and sold it as a TEAM!
Then, together, we found them a new home where they can start their reunited life journey. Closing to come in November.
We have not just enjoyed working together, we have developed a friendship and bond.
I have been in real estate for almost 20 years. I have worked with many wonderful agents. I have also been circumvented by real estate agents along the way.
