History

Together they have sold over 1000 plus properties during their years as real estate professionals. They have vast experience in handling vacant land for development, residential selling, buyer representation and commercial properties. They both have been instrumental in different developments in Florida ranging from single family properties, commercial developments and condominium communities.

We have sold properties ranging from $25,000 to over $9 million. 

Doug has had the privilege of representing auto executives including Roger Smith, Chairman of Board for General Motors, Lee Iacocca, kChairman of Chrysler Corp. and represented the Detroit Pitons, including Isaiah Thomas, Hoe Dumars and Dennis Rodman.

Together with Doug’s father they developed over 100 subdivisions in Michigan during the 70’s to the 90’s. I worked with many small builders and large builders including Pulte Homes. 

Doug prides myself in knowing the products on the market and the market conditions. He is a strong negotiator and enjoys working with other real estate professionals.
